Jasper Hall, Jr.

As Director of pureHOPE, Jasper focuses on relationship building, strategic planning, vision casting, and expanding the message of pureHOPE. Jasper first came to pureHOPE from the corporate world where he served several years as a board member and chairman.

In his time at pureHOPE, he has established the expansion and growth of the ministry into countries such as Africa, and Pakistan. Organizationally he has established and streamlined several of our internal processes so that we can be more focused on ministry. Before joining our team, he spent over 20 years in IT management and people development. He also has a strong ministry background in music and organizational leadership, serving and partnering with multiple churches throughout the Carolinas.

After Jasper graduated from Winthrop University, he married Sandy, moved to Charlotte, and started their family. Now over 30 years later their 3 adult children are married and serving the Lord. Jasper is a passionate leader, a man who loves and cares well for family and friends with a heart to see people know Jesus and find true joy and fulfillment.

Beth Livingston

As the director of communications, Beth sets the tone and strategy for the ministry’s messaging. Working closely with all members of the pureHOPE team, Beth has the ability to bring visions to life through words on a page (or a screen). Beth is responsible for written content on the website, in the newsletters, and for ongoing digital and print communications.

Prior to joining the pureHOPE team in July 2023, Beth worked as the Assistant Director of Communications for the Ohio Senate.

Beth grew up in a home where the love of Jesus was not only taught but faithfully lived out which led her to make a decision for Christ at a young age. God has given Beth an empathetic heart, a glass-half-full outlook, and a soul that longs to see others experience His endless supply of love, joy, and peace.

Born and raised in the Midwest...earned a degree and found love in the South...Beth studied Public Relations at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee where she met her best friend, now husband, Jordan. They live in Columbus, Ohio (Go Bucks!) with their baby boy, Wells, who was born in March 2023.

Sandy Hall

As Finance Manager, Sandy is responsible for accounting functions, data management, and financial reporting. Sandy is also responsible for several administrative functions—benefits, organizational policy, and procedure.   

Sandy joined the pureHOPE team 3 years ago, hired to assist with book keeping, but she has been a friend and partner of the ministry for 15 years.

Homeschool mom and homemaker, Sandy is incredibly passionate about her family.  Wife to Jasper Hall, of 31 years and mother to 3 adult children who are all married and serving the Lord, she understands the importance of raising children to know and walk in the truth of God’s word.
