LISTEN TO EPISODE 04
“The LORD God—YHWH Elohim, Our Father, our covenantal God—was never threatened, and He had a covering prepared when we—in our shame, in our fear, in our hiding—tried to wrap up in fig leaves.”
Why do we experience so much sexual brokenness? Why is this area of our lives so consistently attacked? In this episode we consider why the enemy of our souls hates sex, but more importantly why our Creator and Redeemer is never threatened by that and why we don’t have to fear.
LIVING IN THE LOOP
Purity is not a state of being, but a state of becoming P-U-R-E. Coming out of this episode here are ways you can…
PRAY | Pray to recognize the areas where you are most susceptible to the enemy’s attacks and ask for the LORD God to protect you and empower you to stand firm.
UNDERSTAND | We are in a real war and we do have a real enemy. But, our Father is never threatened. He does not fear and He cover us completely in salvation and love.
RESOLVE | Dress daily in the full armor of God. Spend time in His Word and position yourself near other believers who can have your back when things get tough.
ENGAGE | Do not fear! Walk forward into the good works God has prepared for you and the things He is setting before you knowing that He is with you.
